Standards User Group
BRIDGE Standards User Group (BSUG) - Data Management Working Group (October 2024) This report focuses on the exploitation of the collected inputs and some additional project analysis, which has enabled the creation of a webinar playlist and a repository of code components, which have been initiated to disseminate the results of projects. They should improve the understanding of the standards ecosystems and facilitate the implementation of standards.
Data exchange reference architecture 3.0
European (energy) data exchange reference architecture 3.0 - Data Management Working Group (July 2023) This is the third version of the Data Exchange Reference Architecture (DERA 3.0). The BRIDGE report on energy data exchange reference architecture aims to contribute to the discussion and practical steps toward achieving truly interoperable and business-process-agnostic data exchange arrangements on a European scale, both within the energy domain and across different domains.
Reference framework
Reference Framework 1.0 - Data Management Working Group (June 2023) This report presents an update of the Reference Framework, now describing 7 Generic Business Processes and also detailing the Settlement subprocess. It also highlights 3 main findings and recommendations: Consistency with existing standards and on-going initiatives: activities similar to the Reference Framework are performed in parallel to BRIDGE activities, in particular in IEC with 62913 series and in SGTF EG1 with a set of Implementing Acts for the Electricity Directive Article 24.
Interoperability of home appliances
Interoperability of home appliances Report 2022-2023 - Data Management Working Group (May 2023) This report aims to provide a common view on the issue as well as to show the first results from investigating the current state of affairs on this aspect within the BRIDGE projects. In the area of energy flexibility in residential buildings the home appliances constitute to the lowest, but probably one of the most important layers of the system. These appliances are indeed providing the flexibility.
BRIDGE Action#3: Interoperability of flexibility assets 2.0
This report, produced by the Data Management Working Group (May 2022) offers updates on the development of Action#3, which focuses on Interoperability of flexibility assets. The extensive work carried out from 2020 to 2022 resulted in a list of six findings and recommendations, mapped to the areas of the Digitalisation of Energy Action Plan (DoEAP), under development by the European Commission.
European energy data exchange reference architecture
European energy data exchange reference architecture - Data management working group (April 2021) This report aims to contribute to the discussion and practical steps towards truly interoperable and business process agnostic data exchange arrangements on European scale both inside energy domain and across different domains. Main practical outcomes highlighted in the report are the proposed definition of a common European reference architecture, the setting up of the European CIM (Common Information Model) user group and the repository of data roles and updates to HEMRM (Harmonised Electricity Market Role Model).
