Digitalisation is key to implement the European Green Deal and make Europe ready for the digital age.
The European Commission just published a results pack that contains 14 projects funded under CINEA within the Horizon programme. These project demonstrate the EU's committment to a digitalised, green and resilient energy system. The key areas covered in this publication include:
- the development of a Europe-wide data sharing infrastructure for new energy services,
- empowering consumers by increasing control over their energy use and bills through new digital tools,
- uptake of new digital technologies for the energy system,
- strengthening of cyber security and resilience throughout the energy system.
BRIDGE's works and activities contribute as well to these ambitious climate goals of 2030 and 2050 for a low-carbon economy.
